1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The 67bd9 website, mobile version, and all services under it.
• "User" — Any person who has opened or is attempting to open an account on 67bd9.
• "Account" — A personal gaming account created through registration on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — Promotional benefits offered from time to time, subject to separate bonus terms and conditions.
• "Deposit" — A transfer of funds into the account by the User.
• "Withdrawal" — The transfer of funds from the account to the User's designated payment method.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, the Platform reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The information you provide when opening an account must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of your account. You are required to notify the support team immediately if any of your details change.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. All transactions carried out from your account will be treated as your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 67bd9 support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

67bd9 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks in Bangladesh). No methods outside this list are accepted.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

3.3 Processing Time

Deposits are generally completed instantly or within a few minutes. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after approval. Delays may occur in some cases due to security checks or bank limitations.

3.4 Third-Party Funds

Using another person's account or payment method to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the forfeiture of the associated balance.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

67bd9 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus funds, making the total balance ৳2,200. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to each bonus and are calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). The wagering multiplier for the welcome bonus is 20x. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

If any fraudulent activity related to bonuses is detected, 67bd9 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings. This includes using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.

4.4 VIP Program

67bd9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier offers weekly cashback — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

67bd9 believes in fair play. All game outcomes are completely impartial and rely on a Random Number Generator (RNG). Any form of manipulation, use of bots, or automated software is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting any form of manipulation or system vulnerabilities as an advantage.
• Money laundering or handling of illegal funds.
• Collusion or coordination against other users.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the Platform's systems.

5.3 Transaction Review

67bd9 may temporarily suspend an account to conduct an investigation if suspicious gaming patterns or transactions are identified. During the investigation, you may be asked to provide additional information or documents.

6 Acknowledgements & Disclaimers

6.1 Risk Acknowledgement

Gambling carries the risk of financial loss. You acknowledge that you are aware of this risk and will only spend money within your means. 67bd9 is not responsible for money lost through gambling.

6.2 Service Availability

67bd9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or modify its services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. The Platform is not liable if services are unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or security reasons.

6.3 Third-Party Content

Games and content displayed on the Platform are operated by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others). 67bd9 is not directly responsible for the quality or functionality of such content.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the support team. It is recommended that you withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

8.2 Closure at the Platform's Initiative

67bd9 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or any other valid reason. In such cases, any verified legitimate balance will be returned after review.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

67bd9 follows a separate policy for accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Please contact the support team for more information about inactive accounts.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact the 67bd9 support team directly in the first instance. Our team will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. When submitting a complaint, please clearly state your account details, transaction ID, and a description of the issue.

If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the support team, both parties may pursue an alternative dispute resolution process by mutual agreement.

10 Changes to Terms

67bd9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the Platform for significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after any changes means you have accepted the new Terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.
